Preparations:

• create a new profile CK Playground
• enable the Creation Kit patches

Fix the form

• switch to the CK Playground
• enable the Yokuda Tattoos.esp
• start the Creation Kit from MO2
• click the Open button
• double click the YokudaTattoos.esp, then click the Set as Active and then OK
• click the Save button
• quit Creation Kit
• Done!
